tulip studs

the tulip studs ~ these earrings were made by carving and texturing two tulips in wax, and creating the dotted sapphire suns in wax, casting all the pieces in solid recycled 925 silver, and putting them all together with some neat little joins.

they have great movement to them and aren't too heavy for the ear. the textural differences are really eye catching, with the little sparkling white sapphires to boot! super sweet
